The 46th Annual APLA Meeting will take place from October 26 to 29, 2026.
The meeting will be held in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Registration will open on May 26, 2026.
You may register online at any time. Once the meeting has started, on-site registration will also be available at the Registration Area of the Hilton Hotel.
Until August 28, 2026. As of August 29, the full registration fee will apply.
Registration may be paid by credit card or bank transfer.
They are special rates granted to groups of more than 5 people attending on behalf of the same company.

Yes. A participant may be substituted by another person from the same company at no additional cost.
Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the meeting.
If the registered participant wishes the refund credit (according to the applicable percentage) to be applied toward future registrations, it may be used for one of the next three APLA meetings.
Smart business. Jacket and tie are not required.

APLA reserves the right to cancel the hotel reservation if the registration fee is not paid within 5 days of receipt of the invoice.

Additional charges
All rates are quoted in US dollars. Room rates do not include VAT, which is currently 21%.
Registration and hotel reservation are only valid with a minimum stay of 3 nights. Reservations made for a shorter period will be cancelled and duly notified.
Rates apply from 3 days before and up to 3 days after the Annual APLA Meeting, subject to availability.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm.
