- Payment method: individual payments or one single payment for all participants
Once the group discount rate has been applied, the requested number of participants must be respected.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICIES
Is there a refund if I cancel my registration?
Yes. Refunds will be processed according to the following deadlines:

Can I substitute my attendance with a colleague from the same company?
Yes. A participant may be substituted by another person from the same company at no additional cost.
When will refunds be processed in case of cancellation?
Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the meeting.
REFUND POLICY DUE TO CANCELLATION
If the registered participant wishes the refund credit (according to the applicable percentage) to be applied toward future registrations, it may be used for one of the next three APLA meetings.
- If the registered participant belongs to an APLA MEMBER ANNUAL CONTRIBUTOR company, the credit may be used by the company to pay for a future registration and may be transferred to another person from the same company.
- If the registered participant belongs to an APLA NON-MEMBER ANNUAL CONTRIBUTOR company, the credit is non-transferable.
REFUND PROCESSING FEES BY PAYMENT METHOD
- Credit card: 7% of the amount paid.
- Bank transfer: U$S 60.

Smart business. Jacket and tie are not required.

At the end of the registration process, you will be able to access the link to book your room at one of the host hotels.
APLA reserves the right to cancel the hotel reservation if the registration fee is not paid within 5 days of receipt of the invoice.

All rates are quoted in US dollars. Room rates do not include VAT, which is currently 21%.
Registration and hotel reservation are only valid with a minimum stay of 3 nights. Reservations made for a shorter period will be cancelled and duly notified.
Rates apply from 3 days before and up to 3 days after the Annual APLA Meeting, subject to availability.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm.
